得分方法主要為（實際上有四種）「達陣」與「射球」。

達陣（得6分）即是進攻一方一名球員合法持球跑進達陣區或最少在持球狀態下將皮球到達達陣區，或是，進攻一方的傳球手成功將球傳給達陣區內的進攻方隊友，隊友成功取得絕對控球權的一剎那。

射球則是在達陣後，進攻一方將皮球射進門架（得1分）；或是在進攻期間選擇不爭取達陣而選擇射球（得3分）。
